Job Description
KAF Telecom Ltd are currently recruiting for an RF Optimisation Engineer, who will provide analysis, monitoring, parameter implementation and optimisation expertise using design tools to support 4G/LTE networks. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysis of all Radio Network (RF) aspects from end to end, the optimisation activities include:
Coverage optimisation
Parameter routine audit
Parameter Optimisation
RF Optimisation
Neighbour cell/PCI audit & optimisation
Interference monitoring and detection
Alarm monitoring and resolution
Capacity audit and expansion suggestions
Worst cell analyse and troubleshooting
Expansion proposal
Multi Carriers solution

- Integrate sites in the War Room (WR) in accordance to the schedule
- Liaise with field engineers to troubleshoot issues on the day
- Ensure all activities are recorder in the appropriate tracking tool
- Provide remote support unlocking sites, fault clearance etc
- Huawei M2000
- CME (MBTS technology)
- 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE technology experience
- Huawei BTS (3900) and eNodeB knowledge
- Experience on the Vodafone network (beneficial)
- SWAP project experience (beneficial)
Experience Required:
- 3 years + RAN integration experience
- Strong Radio network knowledge
- Huawei M2000/U2000 Experience
